These kinds of issues can be dealt with on a CASE BY CASE basis, or they can be handled and in many cases avoided entirely as part of an ongoing MANAGED CARE PLAN.


CASE BY CASE PRICING:

Regular business hours 8am-4pm M-F

Regular hourly rate during business hours:          $75/hour On-Site / $50/hour Remote

Weekend and after hours rate:          $110/hour On-Site / $80/hour Remote

Emergency rate:          $150/hour On-Site / $120/hour Remote

Flat rate/contract pricing can also be agreed upon.



MANAGED CARE PLANS are a proactive approach to avoid problems from interrupting your work by keeping the computer "tuned-up". They include: Remote regular maintenance, updates, troubleshooting, malware software checks, performance tests, etc.

Emergency support will be discounted 50% if under a managed care plan.

Managed care plans will be priced per quotation.
